Se invita a fotógrafos profesionales y aficionados a presentar sus candidaturas para ganar un total de USD $ 25.000 en premios y los ganadores y finalistas sus fotos serán publicadas en la edición mundial del 2014 Monster Children Photo Annual magazine y en las exposiciones de fotos de Sydney y la ciudad de Nueva York .
Está la cuarta edición, es uno de los concursos de fotografía más respetados en el mundo, antiguos finalistas como Todd Glasser, Chris Burkard, Andrew Peters, Laura Austin y Morgan Maassen.
